Using Mega Fried Sardines with Tausi
]]>Ingredients:
• 2 Mega Fried Sardines with Tausi 155g
• 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
• 1 Onion, chopped
• Pineapple chunks
• 1 Bell Pepper, chopped
• 1 carrots, chopped
• Cornstarch (diluted in water)
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• Vinegar
• 2 tbsps. sugar
Procedure:
• Drain the Mega Fried Sardines with Tausi to separate the sauce
• In a pot, combine the vinegar, pineapple syrup, sugar, onion & garlic. Bring to a boil for a few minutes.
• Add in the Mega Fried Sardines with Tausi Sauce
• Add the carrots, bell pepper. Let it cook.
• Add the pineapple chunks and fish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
• Add the diluted cornstarch and simmer until the sauce is slightly thick.

• Egg
• Cooking oil
Procedure:
• Heat the oil in a frying pan.
• Cook the egg according to your
preference. Set aside.
• Pour a cup of rice in a serving plate.
• Pour the Mega Fried Sardines on top.
Add the egg.
• Serve and enjoy.

• Mega Sardines Natural Oil 155g
• Mega Prime Sweet Chili Sauce
• Mega Prime Oyster Sauce
• Pechay, chopped
• Breadcrumbs
• Egg
• Cooking oil
Procedure:
• In two separate bowls. Prepare eggs and breadcrumbs. Set aside.
• Drain Mega Sardines in Natural Oil.
• In a mixing bowl, add in the sardines and mash the fish.
• Add the chopped pechay, eggs, breadcrumbs and Mega Prime Oyster Sauce. Mix well.
• Scoop around 2 tbsps. of the sardines mixture and mold it into a sphere.
• Dip the fish ball in beaten egg, then roll it over on the breadcrumbs.
• Heat the oil in a cooking pot and deep fry the sardine balls using low to medium heat until it turns golden brown.
• Arrange in a serving plate and serve with Mega Prime Sweet Chili Sauce.

• 2 Mega Sardines in Tomato Sauce 155g
• 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
• 1 Onion, chopped
• 2 tbsps Fish sauce
• 2 Misua noodles, 45g
• 1 1/2 cup of water
• Cooking oil
• Salt & Pepper to taste
• For garnish: 1 tbsp toasted garlic/ Spring onion (optional)
Procedure:
• Heat a cooking pot & pour-in oil.
• Saute garlic and onion.
• Add the Mega Sardines in Tomato Sauce and cook for 2minutes.
• Add fish sauce and pepper then stir.
• Add water and let boil for a few minutes.
• Add the misua noodles. Cook it under medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
• Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with toasted garlic and chopped spring onion on top.

Procedure:
• Slice the bread and toast it for a few seconds on a frying pan.
• Add Mega Sardines in Tomato Sauce with Chili
• Add cheese.
• Serve and enjoy.

• 3 Mega Sardines in Extra Hot 155g
• 1/4 cup Butter
• 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
• 1 medium size Onion, chopped
• 1 Green Chili, chopped
• 1 pack Sisig mix
• 1 Egg
• Chicharon (Optional)
Procedure:
• Heat butter in a frying pan. Saut. garlic.
• Add the Mega Sardines Extra Hot. Slightly mush the fish.
• Add onion, sisig mix and chicharon. Mix well.
• Simmer until the mixture is thick. Transfer on a sizzling or serving plate.
• Garnish with green chili and chicharon. Add the egg at the middle of the dish.
• Serve hot with calamansi on the side. Enjoy.

Ingredients:
• Mega Sardines in Tomato Sauce 155g
• 2 cloves Garlic, minced
• 1 medium size Onion, minced
• 1 medium size Carrots, minced
• Kinchay, minced
• 2 tbsps. Soy sauce
• Salt & Pepper to taste
• 1pc Egg
• 1/4 cup All purpose flour
• Lumpia Wrappers
• Cooking oil
Lumpia Sauce:
• Sauce from the Mega Sardines in
Tomato Sauce
• Salt & Pepper to taste
• Cornstarch – diluted in water
• Calamansi/lemon juice
• Water
• Sugar
Procedure:
• Drain the Mega Sardines in Tomato Sauce and reserve the sauce
• Put the sardines in a mixing bowl or a deep plate and flake the sardines. Slightly mash the fish.
• Add the carrots, kinchay, garlic, onion, salt & pepper, soy sauce, flour and egg. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
• Lay a piece of lumpia wrapper in clean surface and put 2 Tbsp. of the lumpia filling on the center of the wrapper.
• Shape the filling into log shape and roll halfway then fold the sides to prevent spilling of the filling and roll again until it wraps the lumpia. Seal the edge with a dab of water.
• Do the same procedure on the rest of the filling and wrappers and set aside in a plate.
• Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and deep fry the lumpia until golden brown. Set aside in a plate.
For the lumpia sauce:
• Combine the sardines sauce, calamansi juice, water, sugar, salt and pepper in a saucepan then bring to a boil.
• Then pour the cornstarch slurry and continue cooking. Stir until the sauce is thick. Serve with the lumpiang sardines and enjoy.
