
Mega Tuna Protein Pasta
Ingredients:
• 1 Hot & Spicy Mega Tuna
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 cup crushed tomatoes
• 1/4 cup green olives
• 1/5 cup black olives
• 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
• 1 tbsp capers
• 4 cloves garlic
• 1 medium sized onion
• 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
• Soy bean protein pasta or any pasta
Procedure:
• Cook the pasta
• sauté onion And garlic
• Add mega tuna
• add remaining ingredients (olive oil, crushed tomatoes, black olives, sun dried tomatoes & capers)
• Add the sauce in the pasta
• Pour the shredded cheese on top
• Serve and enjoy!
