WHAT IS MEGAMART?

Megamart is an online platform that allows you to conveniently shop for your food pantry staples and other kitchen essentials. The platform also gives you the opportunity to extend a helping hand by shopping for donation to our partner charitable institutions such as Reach Out Feed PH, Philippine Red Cross, GMA Kapuso Foundation and Anawim and DSWD.

 

WHAT BRANDS DOES MEGAMART OFFER?
Megamart offers Mega Global Corporation brands such as Mega Sardines, Mega Tuna, Mega Prime, Mega Prime Choices, Primo and other exclusive products under its wing. All orders are fulfilled directly by Mega Global Corporation.

 

IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE REQUIREMENT?
The minimum purchase requirement is P500.00.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our daily order cut-off is every 12:00PM. Orders confirmed beyond the specified time will be processed on the next working day. You will receive your products within 1 to 3 days after your order was placed.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellations are not allowed once the order has been placed. 

 

THERE’S AN ITEM MISSING IN MY ORDER

Before orders are shipped, our team ensures that all the ordered products are picked and packed correctly. But in any case that there was a problem with you order, please immediately email your concern to our customer service at orders@megamart.ph.
